Q: I get “no SIM” message on my IPhone why?
A: This is likely because you have not aligned the StealthSim and you SIM card together properly. Take your time and make sure that it is aligned and together and don’t force the SIM tray closed it should just slide in.

Q: I get “no service” message on my IPhone why?
A: In most cases this is caused by not having an iPhone 3G version. Our StealthSIm have soley been created for that.

Q: How long does it take for my StealthSim to arrive?
A: Depending on your address it may take anywhere from two to fifteen  days.
4.
Q: What is digital serial verification?
A: As of August 1st 2008 all StealthSims shipped will come with a digital verification id. When the StealthSim is inserted in the phone it will give you a validity serial #.
